It’s bizarre someone might sign FOCA and wouldn’t even be a true citizen.
Here is where this matters: because these people in the womb would be legal citizens.
I didn’t think of this, I think (not positive) I heard the Mike Gallagher show and other shows, where everyone is saying “drop the birth certificate issue.” But if someone is signing FOCA, really, it is pertinent. I’d think those unborn would have “legal standing” on this as well.
