Wrong. He's not yet president. Bush takes a risk in sharing secrets before Obama is sworn in. Bush has no balls so he'll jabber away. But... if someone challenges Obama and it is proven that he is not qualified to serve... Obama won't be sworn in and Bush will have let the cat out of the bag!
