true
Or, paging Joe Lieberman...
“Electors take an oath to uphold the Constitution, etc. before they cast the vote.”
I understand all that. The election was stolen by deceit, fraud, lies and intimidation. If you think a little thing like the Electroal College is going to stop Obama now, then you don’t see the enormity of the bloodless coup that has taken over the US legal system. The only thing left now is to consolidate power and make sure that no conservatives are ever in office again.
Destroy the legal careers of a few of these jackals and they start to understand that actions have consequences. You can't just trash the Constitution. Republicans don't think like this. But...
Excuse me ...
The State of Hawaii has NOT said that they have verified the BC, only that a valid Certificate Of Live Birth (COLB) is on file.
COLBs are of 2 types - born in Hawaii and born abroad.
The COLB posted by Factcheck.org has not been subjected to independent forensic analysis, nor has the ORIGINAL BC been made available.
As far as 6 courts - which ones? I have only heard that a Virginia State Court has seen the COLB from Factcheck.org - the same one that has not been forensically reviewed.
The courts I know of have dismissed based on standing, not the merits of any cases and they have NOT reviewed the COLB.
Noob or not, what you said is absolutely right.
People here are deluded fools if they think anybody but Obama is going to assume the Presidency. This story has no legs. It isn't going anywhere. Nobody but a few disgruntled malcontents in cyberspace even care about it.
If anyone thinks that this COLB controversy is going to keep Obama out of the White House, I have a bridge in Kenya to sell. Here's what is going to happen. Keyboard commandos across the vast internet are going to be arguing about Obama's place of birth for the next four to eight years while Obama himself stands outside in the Rose Garden signing his name to Democrat legislation.
We need to worry about taking congress back in 2010 and finding a candidate worth a cr*p to run in 2012. This BC controversy is a waste of time.
