One of the things the unname sources claimed is that they wanted to prepare her for these interviews, but she rejected their advice. I want to know if Carl Cameron witnessed any of this or is he just reporting what was said by "unnamed sources".

I find it difficult to believe that he actually saw this because he seems to genuinely like Sarah Palin.
