This signals "no more mister nice guy." After 8 years of merely calling Bush Hitler or a chimp or war criminal, or accusing him of causing the 9/11 attacks as part of his plot to destroy the Constitution, now they plan to play hardball against the Republicans.
The Bush administration will be looked back to as the Second Era of Good Feelings.

What are the odds of them bringing charges against various Bush Admin personnel? IIRC Pelosi had indicated she would look into this.
