I equate you calling him a Marxist with the non-stop bleating of the left comparing Bush to hitler and thier high pitched squeals that he is a fascist. Extreme claims do require proof. You will win no converts with exageration."
Okay. Admittedly, "Marxist" would be exaggerating since the only real Marxist was Marx himself and it is impossible for a society to practice true Marxism. The progression usually gets no further than communism.
"Socialist" would be more correct and I wouldn't have to furnish proof for that label.
"Which ammendment allows the president to pass laws that would allow socialism to overtake our society?"
Obviously, there is no amendment that expressly allows the president to pass socialist laws. But there aren't any that disallow it either. Nevertheless, presidents have done so anyway.
However, the Constitution and it's amendments are no barrier to instilling socialist laws when they can (and have) been put into place by judicial legislation by the SCOTUS. This is the route preferred by Obama's mentors such as Ayres and Alinsky.
"Congress on the other hand does have that power. Ever consider the idea that your rage has been diverted to a figurehead and not aimed at where the problem actually is?"
Of course Congress does have (and has abused) that power. But with an Obama at the helm, neither he or the Pelosi & Kennedy types will present much in the way of obstacles to mutually further a socialist agenda.

Agree completely. The problem is that he IS going to be the president. It’s already a done deal. Until he does something illegal, there is not really much that can be done about it. Next time, how about we actually put up a conservative candidate instead of a RINO. Notice the democrats loyalty didn’t follow McCain to the polls.
McCain is a good man, but he is not a conservative.
