Do you know how those precincts went for Bush vs Gore and Bush vs Kerry?
Not as high ratio or as big a turn out for Kerry or Goare. (One of the Pentacostal church signed up new voters and came out in mass for Palin) IMO that made the ratio larger for MC Cain.
This area is historically “D” although it usually elects a couple from each party at the local level.
