Hey there!! They won’t call Virginia for McCain with 23% in or GA with 63%, but they call NC with 4%?? that makes no sense.

LMAO I’m sorry, I should have been more clear. They called NC for Hagan over Dole with only 4% in. NOT the presidential race.
