I pray I get to see a similar reaction from Olbermann and the rest of the MSDNC cheerleaders this evening.

There is HEAVY indoctrination for Obama in the public schools. Yesterday they were to have mock elections at my son’s school. I kept my child home.

Exhibit A on why we are homeschooling our children.

True story, I have twin daughters who are 6 & the other day they started asking me who I was voting for & when I said McCain one of them said “No, nobody’s voting for the other guy you gotta vote for Obama.” I was a little surprised they even knew the name & when I asked who told them no one was voting for McCain they said (another little girl’s name I don’t recall) “at school”. They are in the first grade at a Christian school. Needless to say I was a little dumbfounded that 6 year olds would even be discussing such a thing.

This was a perfect time for setting an example in public by spanking the bratty child.

We are also in NC. Over here in the foothills. I’m proud to say that my son’s school, 6-12th grades, had a full school, mock election today. McCain won 72% to Obama 21%.

Paddle her behind, wash her mouth out with soap, and send her to bed without supper.

(Just kidding.)

In reality, explain to her that here are good people, and there are evil people, and Obama is an evil, evil person, and we don’t vote for evil people.

they sure start indoctrinating them early in the public schools I guess.

Oh, please! Public schools can only "indoctrinate" your kids if you don't do your part to raise them.

I have 3 kids in public school, and they all understand why we support McCain. The elementary school "voted" on Monday and McCain won. The middle school voted, and Obama won.

None of my kids would have ever thought to throw a tantrum in public, even at age 7. Sounds like someone needs to raise their kid and stop blaming the "publik skool."

They had mock elections at my son’s school yesterday, he’s in 8th grade. The results:

McCain - 72%
Obama - 11%

and, are you ready.....

CHUCK NORRIS - 16%

Chuck Norris beat Nobama! You’ve got to love the grass-roots write-in efforts of these kids. My son told me he didn’t want to waste his vote, though, and voted for McCain.

It’s good to live in a conservative school district in Texas.

My daughter's school (she's in 7th grade) had their vote results yesterday:

McCain: 85 votes
Obama: 31 votes
Nader: 1 vote
Cymfia Mukinny: 1 vote

We were hoping that last vote was a mistake :) :)

I’ll bet your sister thinks her local public school is just peachy, supports their fundraisers, and votes YES on every bond issue. Can’t beat that “free” daycare, can you?

If it makes you feel better, I would have voted for Jimmy Carter, back in 1976 when I was in the 5th grade. There’s a reason little kids aren’t allowed to vote!

My 8-year old voted for Obama today in the school election, but was castigated by my 4-year old who told him “Obama eats babies.” I have NO idea where he came up with that...

"they sure start indoctrinating them early in the public schools I guess."

My kids had an election today at their Catholic school, 76% went for McCain out of 300+ students. When I asked how nearly 1 out of 4 went for Obama, they told me most of the rest went for someone named Barr. ROTFLMAO-Money well spent!

My 5yr. old grandson said the very same thing...” Grandma please don’t vote for the old man”. I had thought it was coming from my barking moonbat son in law, but maybe he got that in school as well.
