A Repeat of 2004 Philly Voter Chaos, Fraud

GOP Election Board members have been tossed out of polling stations in at least half a dozen polling stations in Philadelphia because of their party status.

A Pennsylvania judge previously ruled that court-appointed poll watchers could be NOT removed from their boards by an on-site election judge, but that is exactly what is happening, according to sources on the ground.

It is the duty of election board workers to monitor and guard the integrity of the voting process.

Denying access to the minority (in this case Republican) poll watchers and inspectors is a violation of Pennsylvania state law. Those who violate the law can be punished with a misdemeanor and subjected to a fine of $1,000 and sent to prison between one month and two years.

Those on site are describing the situation as "pandemonium" and there may be video coming of the chaos.

Some of the precincts where Republicans have been removed are: the 44th Ward, 12th and 13th divisions; 6th Ward, 12th division; 32nd Ward, Division 28.

“Election board officials guard the legitimacy of the election process and the idea that Republicans are being intimidated and banned for partisan purposes does not allow for an honest and open election process,” said McCain-Palin spokesman Ben Porritt in a statement to Townhall.

The Tammany Hall DemoRAT crime machine is still alive and well. Cheating and breaking the law is the only way they can win an election.

Is there any question why we need bar-coded swipable photo IDs for voting to ensure ONLY people who actually go to the polls get to vote? I am sickened by the voter roll processing that goes on in minority districts where your voting is done for you before (or if) you ever arrive. Of course they have to have partisan observers removed - you don’t want to “intimidate” the voters, regardless of the fact that they are not even going to the polls - and may not even still be alive.

It tells me its gonna be close. They don't have confidence in their own polls. So they'll wait to see how the rest of PA goes and then manufacture whatever they need to just shoehorn the One to victory.

Just got done voting in Williamsport, PA.

Man, this process is so ripe for fraud it is SCARY! This is the first time I voted at this polling place as I recently moved to this house. All I needed was my voter registration card that I received in the mail, they didn’t even look at it really.

If I knew I had a legal right to be there and observe then I would not leave. What’s up with these observers in Philly? This is no time to be intimidated by crooked election officials. Stand your ground, make them have to use force to remove you then broadcast it far and wide. Voter fraud should never be tolerated.

Great! Now get your butt back in line and vote again. ;)

Just kidding of course.

I have a simple answer to these inner city polling problems that have gone on for years. All the RNC has to do is post a camera outside in a public area and roll the tape during polling hours. Take a simple head count as recorded on film. Better not be a single extra vote coming out of that precinct. Simple, effective, cheap, undisputable.

In 2004 Bush was winning PA until the late results from Philadelphia.

The same game is being played today.

SS, different year. No excuse for it. Nobody cares enough to do anything about it once the election is over.

Pennsylvania elections are a contest of dead people, pets, and imaginary friends voting in Philly vs. the entire western and northern part of the state.
This is absurd. It is so obvious that corrupt election precincts, ACORN and whoever else is there are trying to steal Pennsylvania’s electoral votes.

Before voting even began in Philadelphia — Republican poll watchers believed they found nearly 2000 votes already planted on machines scattered in heavy-minority locations throughout the city.

A second location, 1901 W. Girard Ave., Berean Institute, Philadelphia, Pa, had 300+ votes already on 2 machines at start of day.

ANOTHER INCIDENT: 292 votes on machine at start of day; WARD/DIVISION: 7/7: ADDRESS: 122 W. Erie Ave., Roberto Clemente School, Philadelphia, Pa..

ANOTHER: 456 votes on machine at start of day; WARD/DIVISION: 12/3; ADDRESS: 5657 Chew Ave., storefront, Philadelphia, Pa...

Yeah, Philly is real bad. I thought it was something like 95% democratic votes the last election. Gee, Sadaam only had 4% more votes and even the liberal media knew how the Iraqi election was rigged....they won’t do that in Philly though!

This liberal/radical media is the backbone of the Democraps support. It’s amazing how many people say McCain did so much bashing and obama did not....obama did not have to bash because the media and hollywood took care of that!!!

That’s it...I told my wife we are not going to anymore movies unless it’s supported by conservatives, Christians, etc. I ain’t giving anymore money to these Marxist (hollywood) supporters...scumbags!! I have not gone to a movie in 7 months. Also, I buy my Dvd’s used!!

How typically disgusting of you ... we Christians all have social security cards and our males register for selective service. Try not to let your deep hatred for Christians spill out of your dirty mouth for a while ... and go brush your teeth, nasty. Your anti-Christianity obsession is not a pretty thing.

If the Republicans sit on their A$$ and do not raise a stink about this, then they deserve what they get. You cannot allow a Stalinist Judge try to jeopardize the integrity of the Voter because he wants his buddy B.O. elected.
