I don’t think any of the states require a photo ID, or any ID for that matter.
Maybe I will go vote several times today....

DElaware requires a photo ID. Indiana passed a law this year requiring photo ID.
In NJ I never had to show any ID.
Oh yes, photo ID with current street addrress matching voter roles required here (AZ). Voter initiative passed a few years ago (much to chagrin of Rats)
New Michigan law requires ID to vote
Speaking for the State I live in, Michigan, you ARE required to show photo ID, either Driver's License, State ID Card, or Passport.
Ohio Law requires ID
The law is a step in the right direction, but more reliable identification needs to be required, and it sounds like in this case they law may not be being enforced.
I live in Palm Beach county FL and voted early. They definitely checked my drivers license against the voter registration and then compared my signature as well. But then maybe that’s because they say the “R” next to my name :)
