Illegal immigrant who killed graduate will not be deported because of human rights

Ahsan Sabri, 28, was unlicensed and not properly insured when he ran down 30-year-old writer Sophie Warne. Miss Warne, who had published five books and was writing her first novel, died instantly from a broken neck. An immigration tribunal had previously decided that Sabri, who came to Britain in 1998 aged 18 on a student visa, should be sent home to Pakistan as he had overstayed his visa. However, this decision has been overturned by the High Court after a judge ruled that deporting him would breach his right to "respect for family life". Sabri, who lives in Grays, Essex, married a British woman in 2003 and they had a daughter, who was born last May. Lord Justice Sir Martin Moore-Bick said that if he left Britain, Sabri's wife, Laura Gleeson, 25, a graphic designer and their baby would probably follow and that would "interfere with their private and family life". Miss Warne was hit by Sabri in June 2004 while on a pelican crossing in central London as she made her way home to Brixton, South London, from a party. She started studying history at Pembroke College, Oxford, when she was just 16 and went on to write travel books, including the highly-rated Bradt guide to the west African country of Gabon. In her spare time, she was a Red Cross volunteer and helped refugees. In July 2005, Sabri was found guilty of causing death by dangerous driving and was jailed for three years. Last year, an Immigration Tribunal ruled that he should be deported but Sabri, funded by legal aid, appealed. The Home Office is understood to be deciding whether to continue the fight to deport Sabri.

Illegals and their consorts along with lawyers who are not patriotic to the Nation they live in, know just how to pull at the heartstrings of judges. They care not about the victims of their crimes, only their own precious (gag) hides.

I am pro-life. I believe that every life is precious. I also believe that if another person murders or kills a precious life, then the murderer or killer has forfeited his life and should have to make amends. Maybe prison or jail is not the answer. Tell the murderer or killer that he must pay the family of the person he killed what that person would have financially contributed to his/her family for as long as that person would have lived.

The illegal alien who rammed the school bus in Minnesota (couldn't read "s t o p" or know what it meant) and killed four students would have to work for the rest of her life paying those children's parents one quarter of her salary each payday. Or she could face the death penalty. Manslaughter of four innocent children by vehicle driven by an illegal alien who can't read (obviously) a stop sign means that she has forfeited her life times four. Why should she continue to breathe air when she denied it of four children. She may have killed the child who would have grown up to be a scientist or the child who would grow up to be a doctor or the child who would have grown up to be a loving mother of many children. We won't know, now, because she killed them with her car.

Justice equals reparations. Justice means the killer pays . . . and paying MONEY for the rest of the killer's natural life is one way for justice to be served.

What evidence do they have of his "respect for family life"? He ran down an innocent young woman and killed her. Was he respecting HIS "family life" when he did that? He certainly had no respect for HER "family life".

I'm absolutely appalled that Britain has descended so deeply into a pathetic, weak-kneed, socialist h*ll hole.

If we lose today and the Obamessiah wins, we will become the same sorry shell of a once-great nation.
