ask LS
My sister - God bless her - worked for Hillary in DC. She is voting for McCain in Virginia. It wasn’t easy but I worked on her for months and her husband is former military and fiscally conservative. He told her to vote with her wallet. She finally conceded.
MY friend asked him what he thought about Obama.
He said he was an okay guy but he was not going to vote for him.
When my FRiend asked him what reason he gave, he said that his FRiend told him he was Jewish and did not trust Obama on the Israel issue.
I saw him today in Indianapolis. This is not trumped up, last minute enthusiasm to energize voters. He was genuinely happy today, as was the entire entourage. They clearly were enjoying themselves.
The media does’nt think republicans are excited enough to vote. I heard Chuck Todd say it earlier, then later I heard Ferraro say the same on Fox.
I think LS has some very good insite with regards to OH. Internally, McCain is polling better there than Bush did in either 2000 or 2004.
We think McCain will win by 2, or more than Bush in 2004.
I'll know pretty well tomorrow by about 3:00. We'll do poll flushing, and if the GOP areas have voted 70% and west areas about 40-50%, it will mean that those areas "early voted" while our R voters are turning out.
Obviously, the best way to do that is to win more Dems, because you kill two birds with one stone.
I have the case of Election fatigue.. I never thought it was going to be over..
Hey, I'd even take 269 with the newly elected Republican controlled House of Representatives breaking the tie. :)
Funny, I’m hearing that OH and MO are probably the safest of all the red states. I still worry about VA and CO.
I’ve said that for months. Just can’t see it going to The One(copyright Oprah Winfrey). I felt the O made a huge mistake by not taking The Clintons ..er, Hillary-as Veep, the Clintons are adored here and would have won the state for him.
Struck me as odd as well. Did you watch the video?
what does puma stand for.. i have heard it a million times... something to do with hillary voters not wanting obama?
Thanks for the insight.
I admit to being indecisive at times, but this sets a pretty high bar to top.
Officially, People United Means Action.
Unofficially, Party Unity My [Donkey].
Please God: Let the Obamanation, Murtha, and Franken go down in flames!!
I have finally met someone who voted for Bush and now is voting for odumbo. I asked him(white Italian) why and he said, he is for change and it cant get worse. I said you are an a-s and walked away
I share your prayers.....but at the same time, I’m afraid they’re going to go unanswered.
thanks.. now i remember hearing that... think pumas have to hate msnbc.. they were favoring obama even back then...
