Hmmm. Good question. I don’t know the law that well but it may depend on the nature of the offense.

I would think that leading a conspiracy to inflict financial harm on another company - in this case a proprietorship engaged in the raising of livestock for profit, would be a very bad item to have on one’s resume.

The next question is, does a nice politically correct company like Attachmate want this kind of publicity about one of their corporate officers? Last I heard Frank Pits was still running things there but they weren’t doing too well. This can’t be good for them.
