Look guys, the vanities are not so bad. When it gets down and dirty like this, vanities are useful to gather together and let off steam, pull each other up and just plain connect. There is a time and place for news and honest discussion; there is also a time and place for fellowship. Now is the time for fellowship, for coming together and supporting each other.

I agree that Vanity posts should be rare; I have posted only a couple in about 11 years as a Freeper, so excuse me all to hell...!
