Gallup if I am not mistaken are stating 10% difference in party identification???????

Gallup does not norm for party ID, that’s why their poll is volatile.

Pollsters which do not reach cellphones (Ras, Hotline, Battleground) all have O +4 / O +6 results; on the other hands those companies which claim to reach cell phone users (Pew, Gallup, ABC) have Obama leading by double digits.
If they are right, polling for 2010 and 2012 will have to be done completely differently.

That's BS. Its not 10+ in party ID, if that's true. In the Dems best year, 2006, they were up by 4+. So where is Gallup finding 6% more Dems in their poll?
