Unanswered questions regarding Obama’s birth certificate

Asking the question should be enough.

The burden of proof is on him to show he is eligible. There has already been enough information provided casting doubt on his place of birth.

So, the logical thing is to prove he is legit.

You certainly don’t SEAL the document as he has in Hawaii.

You know, fellows, I sometimes doubt your dedication to diversity.

I am voting for Obama because I think it is high time we had a non-100%-caucasian President who was born in Kenya, is an Indonesian citizen, has been treated for schizophrenia, has terrorist friends, and is a marxist.

What, exactly, is it about change that frightens you chaps?

Also, I know comparisons are odious, but what candidate has ever had nude (but somewhat tastefully artistic) pictures of his Mom available on the web?

To be honest, I think that Hilary played at being Marxist but after 8 years in the White house and 8 years in the Senate, she fell in love with America. She was no longer an outsider trying to make a revolution, she was an insider protecting her turf.

She may have that information but was stopped from using it by the media. She found she was no longer on a honeymoon with the press when they found someone even more marxist to support.

This obviously isn’t going to get resolved by tomorrow. Say it is proven that he wasn’t born on U.S soil.... What’s the legal means of removing him from office? Impeachment?, Default?

Well I got a response from Gov Lingles office in Hawaii asking why she is sealing Obamas birth certificate.Nothing about being born in Hawaii.

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. “Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures. “No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai‘i.” ###
