He won't be so cosmopolitan and a man of the planet if he is a full American who isn't sure who is dad is. The "auntie" may not be any relation at all, same holds true for the "half-brother."

The BC would not tell us who the father was, only who was listed as the father.
Also, since the mother was legally married (as far as was known at the time), I believe the BC would automatically list the husband as the father, regardless of who the biological father might be. In most jurisdictions the husband of the mother is automatically considered the legal father, whether it was physically possible for him to be the bio-dad or not.
There is also the possibility that Mom might be a little unclear on who fathered her child.
