I wouldn't read too much into the choice of kid's Halloween costumes...its just the age they are at, and what strikes their fancy that Halloween. While going thru our Rubbermaid bin of siblings costumes...we came across a Beetlejuice get up; a Kiss wig; and a 'granny dress;' all worn by my boys at one time or another. I gave all the 'girl' stuff away years ago (my daughter is 23) and she was Glinda the Good Witch once (one of the my best creations if I must say so myself); she also had been a 'bad witch,' and April 0Neil from Ghostbusters...so its just that tiny little snap shot in time...the costumes were always related to what movie or book they liked at the time, etc. So I wouldn't go too far w/good versus evil.
I hope the 0bama girls had a great Halloween and enjoyed the Halloween party with their parents...
I disagree! By dressing girls in “evil” costumes says a lot about the parents. I have raised 2 girls and never did they want to play evil always princesses, angels....and bride of the corpse or corpse bride is not a “normal” costume for a 7 year old...unless your Mom is hateful and negative. Then it fits
