Rasmussen was on Fox today and said his state polling is lagging the national trends but he sees they are trending the same way...it is tightening...and he said something to the effect that it’s getting as close as it’s ever been.

Hey, Ras, do you remember when McCain was AHEAD after the convention???
The final polls will look a lot closer to the post GOP convention than anything we have seen.

Yes, and after the McCain convention bump is when pollsters started to ratchet up their dem sample in the polls, including Rasmussen.
