I pray for a McCain/Palin victory. I’m even flying back to Chicago to vote - BECAUSE I CAN! And I won’t let the entire state of Illinois go down to the creep!
But, the big party is planned for Grant Park. That entire area will be trashed even if it goes Obama’s way. But when he loses? You won’t want to see what the barbarians will do. Richard Daley will see far more ruination of the city than his dad did during his reign/riots!

I pity the neighboring ethnic neighborhoods. They’ll get trashed too. It will be ugly.
One other thing... a year ago, I attended a big affair at US Cellular field (no game, big benefit using the concourse.) Maggie Daley sat in the table next to mine. I’m no big wig, just God’s hand in this. At the close, it took a long time to get from where we were to the exit. Only a couple hundred people remained. I saw Daley walking along, I walked up to him, shook his hand and cooed, “I’m just shaking your hand to tell my friends and family I did this.” and then I added, “I just love George Bush.”
