I heard that Early Voting in Obama’s States of Libya, Iran, Syria, and Saudi Arabia are going heavy for Osama Obama Bin Ladin HUSSEIN!!!! and the Exit Polls look Bad for McCain there:-)
Try this one. WHAT if Atlantis really was a spaceship and was flown to the Pegasus Galaxy by the ancients?
Wouldn't any of those things dramatically change our outlook on the what is important here? Mind play to take away some of the crazy stuff.
I live in the Front Range. I see nothing but McCain/Palin signs. They heavily outnumber the Obama/Biden signs.
Seeing what many of you are saying about Colorado. The same thing happened in Oregon and I suppose Washington. I see it happening to some extent in here in S.C. and in N.C. Most here though are from New England.
Trouble is, there are still plenty in California. They’re like POD people. There seems no place left the liberals haven’t moved to, to begin to ruin. Sad.
Pray for this election. I voted for Sarah!
AMEN!
And I’ve been lobbying some Coloradoans vigorously.
Many I know are already for McCain/Palin.
You can’t miss Colorado, the Rockies can be seen for miles.
“Most here though are from New England.”
Sometimes you have to watch out for New Englanders too. Our 4th district Congressman came to Oregon from CT for that purpose. He replaced a local follower of the Timothy Leary acid cult who was involved in the original S&L scandal but hasn’t been much better really.
VOTE
FOR
McCAIN
Oh yes. I meant to say they were ruining the place also. The South mostly. We used to live in Oregon outside of Portland. We miss the State but not the politics!
Ok, I get it. There was a missing 'there'.
What if there is a Stargate? The idea may not be so crazy. There are pictographs in the great pyramids that look a lot like greys - or really po'd cats.
I suppose so... Or maybe the po'd cats are the Grey's overlords and masters... ;) (Sidenote, X-Com, great game.)
What if like in one episode they allowed a TV show to go on the air to warm the public up to the idea.
Interesting hypothesis. Stranger things have happened.
Try this one. WHAT if Atlantis really was a spaceship and was flown to the Pegasus Galaxy by the ancients?
That would be crazy. Of course it wouldn't have to be the ancients, or the Pegasus galaxy...
Wouldn't any of those things dramatically change our outlook on the what is important here? Mind play to take away some of the crazy stuff.
At the root of everything, no. The truth is that things like human rights (real rights, not privileges or 'entitlements'), Justice, Righteousness and the like are important, they're what's really important and are independent of time, place, and circumstance. (Even if society/the-system don't acknowledge it.)
There are a lot of great places to live in the southeast that are more consistent with my upbringing and politics than Eugene of today but I have deep roots that precede the advent of leftism here & I won't go too far. Southern Oregon or Arizona are my targets, at least for now. How to avoid being seen as some transplant yankee flatlander when I arrive I haven't figured out yet.
All these years I was hoping California would be the first to go......
If you find Colorado I think you'll also find all the missing socks.....
>Ah a founding member of the Federation!!! :-)
LOL - I’m honored you think so highly of me.
Wow. Awesome pic. Where’d you find it?
Take Caroleeena for example, her profile is totally blank and looking at her posting history, she has posted a total of 5 posts in 4 years. I find it odd that all of a sudden someone pops up out of the blue almost 4 years to the day from when they last posted and starts lambasting the moderators for being too harsh against people who are intentionally spreading lies about the election.
I've seen the same pattern used by so-called conservative Republicans over on Military.com as well as the now defunct 5pak’s Free Speech Forum where they would pop up X number of days (or weeks) out from an election and sow ambiguity, apprehension, and confusion about President Bush's campaigns in 2000, and again in 2004.
IIRC during the run up to the 2000 election the democrats were stupid enough to post on DU ways to cause distrust within the Republican party and one of the tactics was to join message boards claiming to be Republicans and spread misinformation about how the election was going for a given candidate.
