Sarah Palin is going to make a campaign appearance tomorrow at an airport about a 45 minute drive from me. Doors open at 6:30 a.m. Does anybody who’s been to a Palin rally know what this means? Do you have to be there before doors open to get a seat or a spot near enough to see anything? I can’t manage getting up at 5:00 a.m. to make the rally. Could I get there after 6:30 and still be admitted? Any advice from anybody who’s been to one of these things? This would be my first experience at a campaign rally of this caliber.

People began to show up at 9:30 AM for the Pal9in rally in Erie and she wasn't to speak until 4:30 or so. The wait in line for some was 6 hours total. Roughly 8,000 in the convention center, full house. Local news reported a more excited crowd than when nobama was here during the primary. Fast Eddie, Daschle and a few Dem digs were here the other day and drew almost 150 ralliers. Erie will go for Nobama, they will vote Dem or die, while the county will go McCain as well as our good county to the south(Crawford).
