My family and I are having some pretty strident discussion on our google round robin. Most of us are on the right side, but we have 1.5 families that arent. They are convinced that sharing our money is a good thing so accusing bHo of being a socialist is actually a badge of honor for them. I think things could get really interesting at work, however, as there are several folks that arent shy about shilling for their man (both sides) and regardless which way this thing goes Im expecting things to get dicey.

Both my brothers tend to vote democratic so I’ve had interesting discussions with them. One stands a chance of voting for McCain because he runs his own startup and partially understands the problems with Obama. The other though is a Postal union member... so his is very much in the tank for the democrat party. I don’t usually talk politics with him but unfortunately got in a shouting match over the phone with him. Got so bad that my wife asked me to close the door.
must remember to not talk politics with him at turkey day after McCain/Palin wins.
