Changing up and using listener's representational systems (not sticking to one when speaking to a large audience, focusing on one (Now Look w/ McCain for example), when dealing with one person trying to get a reaction out of them.)

Using the six step reframe often when he tries to sway undecided, the behavior to change is not supporting him. Value reframing when he tries to make a negative aspect appear positive.. etc.. IMHO, using the six step reframe is one of the more sinister if you watch for it.
Hand gestures, such as extending or pointing with the middle finger when talking about McCain, tapping his own forehead when saying something positive, etc.
