Doesn't make sense to "seal" it. Doesn't make sense not to just produce it and put the question to bed.

Unless of course there is something to hide. Then another addition will have to be made to that list- a court order.

And, another question remains, is Obama eligible to run for POTUS without producing proof of citizenship?

You would think the courts would DEMAND this question be resolved immediately before people go to the polls.

Yes sealing under her care and custudy makes easily accessable for a Federal court get a copy in a very timely manner when an order is issued for the certificate.

I was wondering the same thing, but evidently there is no requirement for eligibility to run, just to assume the office. It’s up to the electors to decide eligibility for the office.

My father told me today that a local talk radio guy in Syracuse thinks Obama will win, be declared ineligible because he’s not a natural born citizen and the electors will choose Hillary. Let’s hope McCain makes this a moot point.

Sometimes my job requires that I have access to secure and sensitive areas. Last year some new rule mandated I provide my birth certificate. I did so. Nothing to hide here.

Obama wants to be president but doesn't want to produce the same document I was required to. There is something wrong with this picture.
