This was about the time in 2000 when the NACCP rolled out the James Byrd case (TX hate crime case) as a scare tactic to increase black turnout. They'll be hitting the black churches on Sunday.
IMO, this is a sign that their early voting advantage is below expectations. Gotta scare up more folks to vote.
