And, when it is over, and McCain wins, the media will say...just as they said last time...how did we miss this, there must be cheating going on with the Republicans, let's recount those chads my friend, the GOP stole the election (and make up some reason), etc. And, just like they did for Bush, they will start a hate President McCain from day one instead of respecting the Office and uniting (a word they say they believe in) under a president for the sake of our place in the world at least.

Until we get these liberal/socialist ideals supporting professors out of our colleges, along with the crop of their college trained journalism graduates working in the press now replaced by real reporters who are doing a job instead of polishing their egos, the media is captive to the plans in the Socialist/Marxist playbooks.

I have a friend who lives in New York, is a converted Jew (married a transplanted Israeli - not hasidic {spelling}) and she has been saying....if O'bomber becomes President she and her family are dead.....

I typed to someone yesterday. We forget that the rallies we see on National TV are specifically directed to the people in the crowd. FL with its large Jewish/Cuban population, relates to Socialism threat. They also would understand the significance of 0 campaign shutting down the local TV network for asking hard questions. IMO 0 lost FL this weekend.

I feel that the effort today by McCain and his surrogates is up a notch. This whole week it’s about swamping Obama with well... Obama. This tape released today was a good step and the 527 getting cranked up with the abortion lover, black racist, socialists mantra.

I understand what you are saying, but please don’t say that because of where someone lives that their vote for a particular candidate does not matter. Even if McCain wins that state by a large margin, just remember what happened in 2000. Bush not winning the popular vote, although he still rightfully won the election, gave the left ammunition to oppose his presidency. The Electoral College decides the winner but it still never hurts to have a clear cut majority in a contentious election like this.

Exactly. Most people and couples who are making that much work very hard. Of course, they're painted as being the evil, idle rich who don't have to roll out of bed to collect those checks. Naturally, that plays well with the envious and lazy.

Obama did not seem to be fazed that his tax plan would consider plumbers and other small businessmen to fall into the 'evil rich' category. To me, that's the story of his Joe the Plumber conversation. He considers plumbers to be 'rich'? Yikes.

And yes, that $250k number is wholly arbitrary. I'm sure the leftists in Congress feel that $100k, or even $75k is 'rich'. Lastly, since when does income alone determine whether or not someone is 'rich'? That's a stupid definition made to appeal to the stupid. Wealth is based on assets.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obama’s use of “wealth” is inaccurate. He wants to redistribute ASSETS, not just income or “wealth.” What does it really mean? “Rich, wealthy,” et al ARE stupid definitions appealing to the fools who don’t get it, can’t get it, or don’t want to get it. It’s ASSET redistribution that scares me more than a tax increase on annual income.

I agree with you 100%. The indoctriniation of the youth by the leftists “teaching” in our schools is the biggest problem and must be stopped.

When I was in high school in the mid-sixties, this scourage had already begun, but it was not all-pervasive.

I actually do recall, however, a JUNIOR HIGH “social studies” teacher — 1963 — practically demanding that all of us in his class agree that “The End Justifies the Means.” And we all know who said THAT! Karl Marx!

Rove said today that all the undecideds are going to break for McCain.....and that whatever Obama's numbers have been in the polls has ultimatley been his final numbers, period.

This was true with Hilary...and Rove went further to say that as long as O'bomber stays below 50 he's going to lose.I had a brownshirt came to my door on Sunday asking to vote for Obama.... I told him I couldn't wait to vote for him....and the brownshirt left happy as a clam.

I figured it's my Sunday, not interested in a fight and why should I destroy this idiots worldview when I can possibly enjoy the melt down on Election night after I vote for McCain?
