I don’t believe the story. Romney is pretty solid. I don’t think he’d even hint that he thought McCain would lose.

That’s the gist of this rumor: McCain Loses.

It’s another effort by some enemy hoping to suppress the vote.

Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. But it was obvious pretty early on that his supporters were somewhat zealous (though maybe not as much as Rudy's or Paul'). I have no doubt that some of his supporters are trying to derail McCain and particularly hate Palin. The real question is whether Romney has any involvment in it.

And let's not forget that Romney IS NOT a conservative as evidenced by his donations to Planned Parenthood, his support for militant homosexuality (and the implementation of homosexual marriage) and socialized medicine (Romneycare).
