Will any of the states where lawsuits are filed, other than Hawaii, be considered "a court of competent jurisdiction", other than the U.S. Supreme Court?

No, only for environmentalists or whobodies. The SC hears cases at its discretion; they won't want to touch it. Next question.

Our local talk show host was talking about the bias in the media and significant decline in newspaper subscriptions (not all due to media bias imo but partly). Then he gave freerepublic, luciane and huffpost a plug.

Later he said "Obama is a US citizen". He has a US passport, served in the IL Senate, is in the US Senate, didn't mention any Indonesian passport.

You know, I'd drop this thing as a nonstarter if I hadn't read the details of the possibility he isn't and why in Berg's lawsuit plus the possibility that the one posted at KOS and factcheck may have been forged. On that, I'll admit that it was hard to follow the reasoning because it was so technical, so I'd like more experts weigh in on that. Silence. Not having standing doesn't address the question. What is so hard about producing a valid birth certificate so we can put this to rest?

BTW lucianne I don't like the format; there are never very many comments. And silly me, I thought huffpost was liberal, sometimes it comes up in search results.
