You know, I'd drop this thing as a nonstarter if I hadn't read the details of the possibility he isn't and why in Berg's lawsuit plus the possibility that the one posted at KOS and factcheck may have been forged. On that, I'll admit that it was hard to follow the reasoning because it was so technical, so I'd like more experts weigh in on that. Silence. Not having standing doesn't address the question.
