That’s just an opinion in an area of unsettled law. There are other opinions — and more valid ones. The 14th did NOT change the old common law definition of “natural born”, sorry.

No, but it does say that "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside..." If Obama was born in Hawaii then that's it.
