Those listed as entitled to obtain a copy of an original birth certificate include the person born, or "registrant" according to the legal description from the governor's office, the spouse or parent of the registrant, a descendant of the registrant, a person having a common ancestor with the registrant, a legal guardian of the registrant, or a person or agency acting on behalf of the registrant. There are probably tons of people trying to get a copy of this. I think what she is stating is only that there is something there and who and how it can be requested. This doesn't mean she is saying that there is an birth certificate instead of a certificate of live birth . I think this is also saying you can't see it because he really doesn't want you to. When McCain was vetted the dems in control tried to raise a fuss that he could not legally run for president because he was born in Panama even though he was born on a military base to a father who was serving there at the time (any child born overseas to an American serving in the armed forces is a natural born citizen and they clearly new that when they rose the stink about it ) now think about what liberals do .... they always accuse the republicans of doing exactly what they are doing . I remember reading something when this was happening and that someone in the house (maybe senate )tried to add extra lines to include that to run for president you didn't have to actually be born in the United States and that McCain raised a fuss and made them take that off . I think they were attempting to sneak something in ... I am not so good at using the search feature on this site maybe someone can help search for articles when they were actually vetting McCain and who it was that was trying to add the extra lines in what the papers they were writing vetting him (sorry don't know what the technical term for those papers are ) I clearly remember something like this because I thought it was a sneaky as heck move to attempt to do this . It was McCain that would not allow them to write the extra wording in . Obama doesn't want you to see his birth certificate for a reason . It would have been much easier to just show it than to carry on like this. What that reason is I don't know.
