“With all the media attention to the fact that Obama is a Christian, it is shocking and sad to hear that any Kentuckian or anyone thinks he is a Muslim,” said Mahmoud Sha lash, imam of the Islamic Center of Lexington.
We Kentuckians know two things VERY WELL:
#1 never trust the government
(translation: we don’t take kindly to ‘revenuers’ who are after our good boubon whiskey)
#2 never trust a foreigner who’s running for office in the government
(translation: we don’t take kindly to foreign nationals who think they’re the “Messiah” who try to pass themselves off as God-fearing Americans and have the “Audacity of Hope” to run for the U.S. Presidency based on what they’re told to do in “Dreams from Their Kenyan Fathers”!)
He was reared as a Muslim in Indonesia and then belonged and attended a Black Liberation Theology church in Chicago for twenty years. A Christian would not have done that.
