If they deal with it now they could avert some NASTY stuff if they wait till after the election and heaven forbid the man Obama gets elected.
In reality not taking it disenfranchises millions of Voters. They can't afford THAT either.
I don’t disagree with you, but I believe SCOTUS is a political animal and they will tend to not want to get involved in something like this if possible.
