SCOTUS may not take it over the Circuit Court. If they do, expect them to put it to rest by agree with the District Court that there is no standing..
The overlooked thing here is that Berg, who has supposedly had this information for months, did nothing (or so it seems) to get a party that HAS standing to file this thing. He seems more interested in grandstanding than doing the best to get to the bottom of it all in a manner best designed to succeed.
