I am not a lawyer, but, any lawyers out there ?
If there is a conflict of interest in this case by the judge, can a higher court strike down a judges decision if it can be proven that the judge in this case had a conflict of interest ?

Okay...what I recognized immediately is that Sidley Austin is the same firm where Hussein met Michelle Robinson, after they followed Bernadine Dohrn there from New York. And that the fellow in the profile clerked for the judge in Berg v. Obama...
