If Obama is not Constitutioanlly eligible to serve as President, then any tax increase measures that he signs should be ignored and challenged in court. All active duty military should refuse to report to a CiC who is not Constitutionally eligible.
This would be more what would be expected of the leftist as a response. We should not encourage people to step down and not defend the nation.
I would just hope that more people demand justice from their representatives and show their outrage. We have a right to know!
Actually, if the claimant to the office of POTUS were constitutionally ineligible to serve, all member of the military, who have sworn oaths to defend the Constitution of the U.S. against all enemies foreign and domestic, would have a sworn duty to remove said pretender from office.
