Well, please tell us what forum would “the people” that it’s up to go to get the proof that this man is eligible for President?

It’s up the the people, so what do the people do?

Are you saying it’s ok that he isn’t eligible, as long as he is voted in, the constitution doesn’t matter?

No I am and apparently the judge is saying if he isn't eligible then don't vote for him.
