Does not mean he is any good at trials. I have seen many lawyers that are brilliant at certain things but when writing briefs or presenting cases to a court they are just not the best. IMHO Berg tried to throw the kitchen sink into this and bringing the FEC in was a mistake.

Berg is a Hillary guy, He got caught up a little in emotion. He is going to have to sack that and come up with some kind of loop hole like Obama did before he appeals.
