Judge rejects Montco lawyer's bid to have Obama removed from ballot [Berg's lawsuit]

A federal judge in Philadelphia last night threw out a complaint by a Montgomery County lawyer who claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was not qualified to be president and that his name should be removed from the Nov. 4 ballot.

In a 34-page memorandum and opinion, the judge said Berg's allegations of harm were "too vague and too attenuated" to confer standing on him or any other voters.

Surrick ruled that Berg's attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were "frivolous and not worthy of discussion."

I live in a red state. I will contact my representatives and governor by e-mail, phone, and written letter. **ALL** freepers should do this. And....**ALL** freepers should be badgering the conservative media to cover this story.

Hopefully, my state representatives and the conservative media will have the courage to pursue this. Even if they can't resolve the issue in the courts, perhaps there will be enough doubt in the minds of the electorate to throw the election to Mc Cain.

I have tremendous respect for Michael Savage. For many years he has been calling the Democrats what they truly are: Bolsheviks! Again he has show courage by pursuing a story that the other talking pumpkin heads have been ignoring.

This is exactly the reason it is so important to get out and vote for candidates that support a constructionist view of the Constitution.

Many conservatives disagree with McCain on several fundamental issues but his view of the Constitution is not one of them. The problem with "wet finger conservatives", as Krauthammer calls them, is that they open up the possibility that a President Obama will pack the Court with interpretist judges which will impact our society for generations.

I wouldn’t jump to conclusions. Did judge Surrick sign this or is the paper reporting what the DNC and Obama Lawyers filed 10/24/08. I noticed on The Daily Jot that a memorandum was filed by DNC and Obama. There have been many instances of reporting what has been filed, while actually it still hasn’t been signed by the judge. Jeff at americasright has been on top of this since the story broke. He is still hoping that the judge may rule on monday.

I explained script A, i.e. "media ignoring ineligible Obama, with eight lawsuits in different states". (1)
The same five lines also explain
- why script A will be terminated before script B, “Antichrist replaces Messiah”;
- that script B will be terminated long enough before the day after script B must be terminated.

Notes
(1) “ignoring it” is part of passing the message for another script: "you are inside the slaughterhouse and you can’t do anything about it".
But the “Antichrist replaces Messiah” act does not allow the “ignoring it” act to continue much longer.
In any case it will be terminated long enough before November 4.
