I think that it may be most productive to focus on whether Obama lost his citizenship if indeed he ever had it.

The following is excerpted from Philip J. Berg's lawsuit and is worth discussion here:

I don't believe you can lose "natural born" status.

If Obama was born in Hawaii, he's all set.

This is getting more and more legs...but I still doubt it will reach a point, before the elction, to halt the Obamanation.

We have to defeat him at the polls, and I believe we can.

Anyone whose mother’s first name was Stanley doesn’t deserve to be president.

Yes, you can lose US citizenship. It is explained very well in the "Obama Timeline"

Well worth the read.

He could not be a dual citizen in USA and Indonesia. he lost his US citizenship when he became a citizen of Indonesia. At the time there was no dual citizenship with Indo and they may still be true today.

Some argued that a child cannot lose it but I think that is incorrect.

Apparently, Obama’s parents gave little thought to giving him any sort of coherent national heritage. In that respect, I feel sorry for him. His liberal friends taught him that the US Constitution was not important. Now he is facing a grim reality, in a number of ways.

If Obama was born in the US, he is a natural born citizen. His parents can not take away his citizenship even thru adoption.

Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

I guess the many needed truths about Obamao will never be clear
just because the lamestream media refuse to investigate.

Why is that? We know why it is.

They’re all Marxist lovers and the citizens
are at the Marxist lamestream media’s mercy.

Recall that Obama’s mother worked at the US Embassy in Indonesia. her employers would have had full knowledge of Obama and his status. Maybe Obama obtained some kind of Ambassadorial waiver for being the child of an American Embassy employee.

Berg related in the Micheal Savage interview that in a couple of days, was going to release the audio recording of Husseins grandmother (in Kenya) stating that she was there in the Kenyan delivery room when Hussein was born. Berg also stated that he was going to release affidavits from individuals confirming the account.

A “couple of days” would be around Sat or Sun.

We’ll see.

The US recognizes dual nationality. Indonesia did not. The result would be the loss of Indonesian citizenship, not US citizenship.

There is a two part test to be eligible to be present: You must be “natural born” and a “citizen.” Yes, if you are natural born you cannot obviously have that revoked. However, you can lose citizenship.

For example, if you are born in the U.S. but then renounce your citizenship, you are thus ineligible to be President. That is the issue with the Indonesia passport/adoption circumstances, not whether he was natural born.

When Obama was seen walking alone outside his grandmothers apartment in Hawaii it looked he was ver somber, it looked like he had just seen his dog run over sp to speak.

Myself I think what just happened in Hawaii is the breaker, he lost his chance at becoming president because he was never eligible to be nominated.

If I was in his sandals I would have preferred to have had lost my dog instead.

I had a thought the other day, it doesn’t matter where he was born, just that he was the son of an American citizen. That is how the left and the courts are going to rule at this point. I would think that SCOTUS would rule that way in a 5-4 decision. It would be a minor change to immigration law and not to the Constitution.

No wavier needed. And an Ambassador has no power to issue any kind of wavier in that regards. The rule of law prevails.

I think Obama and the Democratic party will stand together. It will be a coverup to end all coverups.
