Have the police gotten around to checking the bank records? At the very least, they’ll know where the card was used and when.

I would think the police would have asked for one in order to pinpoint the location.
If there is no receipt, then her bank would have all of that information, because it appears on the bank statement.
The bank statement would name time, date and ATM number/location.
Bank video might be from the wrong ATM?
Also, inner city police could be obamatrons and doing everything in their power to discredit her.
