What is that pic?
“What is that pic?”
I’ve seen the enlarged version- it’s two mushroom clouds over NYC. One over midtown Manhattan, and the one on the right is smack in the middle of Queens.
It is a painting by Chesley Bonestell from the 1950's of Manhattan and Long Island being nuked. I try to generally avoid posting refs to large images for those with low-bandwidth. In this case, it is kind of hard to see. Sorry.
