That's the poll I was talking about . I have a lot of friends in the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton area that are Dems and ARE NOT voting for the Obamamessiah . Barletta Rep,( Hazleton) also has a nice lead over Kanjorski incumbent Dem,for Representative . McCain should do well there also .
Drove from Allentown to Pottstown the other day on Rt. 100. McCain signs were 10-1.

I posted this on another thread: Barletta, running in PA-11 against Dem Rep. Paul Kanjorski, still seems to have a slight lead in a district where Bush got 47%. But Kanjorski is a long-serving (11 or 12 terms, I think) Congresscritter. He’s got a 5:1 money advantage down the stretch, and I don’t think he’ll go quietly. It’s not a shoo-in by any means.

That’s great news about Barletta! I like his firm stand on immigration, from what I’ve read he’s very popular with the folks up his way, perfect guy to clean Kanjorski’s clock, that weasel.

Beautiful area. I love the fact that they vote Republican. In fact, the Mayor of Allentown ran for Senator at one point. Unfortunately the whole state of Pennsylvania is not like Allentown (politically).

It is a great line. The whole article is very well written. Michelle Malkin is one of my favorites. I had a chance to meet her at the first Gathering of Eagles in DC. She is really down to earth, I felt like I was talking to an old friend.
