I am disturbed that the victim refused medical treatment, this has the potential to be a manufactured event.It does seem a little weird. How do you scratch the letter "B" with a knife into an unwilling person's face and not at least need a few stitches. Notice it's not a big headline on Drudge anymore. It lasted about 15 minutes.

It also says this happened away from the camera, which would make sense perps are aware of cameras. It says “scratched” not carved. Also says kicked and punched. Just a hold up is bad enough, any physical harm is worse.
To me the most suspicious things are the report the guy was so tall and so black. 6’4 is pretty damn big and you’d figure the cops can locate a guy that big in an area.
But you never know.
Fankly, I’m surprised the police didn’t insist on a medical assessment for evidentiary purposes. Which makes me wonder if they didn’t take her story seriously or suspected it might be manufactured.
