I don't know who released the photo, nor if it was indeed the police that took it. I'm just saying it looks like a police photo to me.

Whether it is or not, the victim is well within her rights to ask for a copy. What she does with it from then on is her business. Maybe a friend took the picture.

No matter what happens, this girl needs justice, and I hope she gets it.
