I’m no expert on criminal investigations, just a plastic surgeon who treats facial trauma. I just don’t see evidence of trauma in the face other than a neatly carved or branded “B”. I can’t speak about the back of the head.
When you work in an ER, as I have, the first place an out of towner goes after an event like this, ESPECIALLY if alone when attacked, is the Emergency Room. They feel protected from the alien an hostile environment within the “safe” confines of a hospital. The police report, as a matter of fact, tends to be generated from within the hospital, after a call from social services.
Like I said, this just doesn’t add up.

Someone posted her twitter page earlier. She was not familiar with the area as she is from Texas and volunteering in this area. Her twitter said she was looking for a BOA to withdraw money to avoid ATM charges and indicated she was “on the wrong side of Pittsburgh” while looking for a BOA, in other words, possibly lost. She may not have known where the nearest ER was. Could all be a way to cover...maybe not. We’ll find out.

Out of towners don't know where the ER's are Doc. I'm surprised you don't know that. Now it could be a fake and she could be a nut. I'm sure it won't take long for the MSM to find out what color panties she wears. But we know she is politically active. Knowing that we can infer that she knows that the media gave Joe the Plumber an enema for asking Obama a question. She must have known that she would get the same treatment. So unless she's a complete moron, which might be the case, I'm inclined to give her the benefit of the doutb while still doubting.
