I don't know, but I do know this: the forensic analysis of these types of injuries is very advanced. Folks are arrested or not based on this analysis of injuries that might be proof of child or spouse abuse, or an innocent accident.

A very nice but quite persistent MD, in an interview room with an very experienced detective, is going to find the truth. It can't be hidden. The truth is written on her face, to the experts who know how to analyze injuries.

Well said. Which instantly brings into question her refusal to have her injuries seen to. I’m sorry, but this doesn’t pass the smell test.
