She may have been posting to her Twitter account thru a smart phone. JMO. She could have been frightened in the area she was in and recorded it.
I know. That’s my point. She probably was doing it through a smart phone. If this was some elaborate scheme I don’t think she would have thought to post about looking for an ATM on Twitter.
