Same here but I'm a little slower than I used to be. I'm just going for what's closest.
Now is a really good time to start working out. Nothing crazy, but getting your strength and endurance levels up would be quite useful if you find that you need act or react. It's nice to be able to outrun an antagonist, or catch one.
I walk 36 miles a week but at 62 there's only so much you can do on the speed front.
